How much does therapy cost?

Our fees range from $100 – $150 per session. We are an insurance friendly practice and will use your insurance when possible.   Your co-payment is due at the end of each session.

How long is each session?

Sessions are approximately 45 – 60 minutes in length.

I don’t have mental illness, could I still benefit from therapy?

Yes! Whole Health assumes you are the expert in your own life. We work to navigate goals and issues that you would like to address. While we are trained to work with mental illness, we are also adept at helping work through solutions for life transitions.

What do you do in session?

In your first session, your therapist is focused on creating a safe environment for you. There is time to discuss the reason you made an appointment, discuss frequency of visits, learn more about your life, and generally get to know one another. Subsequent sessions are spent working on the goals you and your therapist establish for your time together.

How many sessions will I need?

The length of treatment will depend on your goals. Some people are able to find resolution in 3-6 sessions while others engage in a longer process. Once people begin therapy they often find regular supportive sessions helpful in keeping them on track in their lives.

Will other people know I’m coming to therapy?

Your sessions are confidential. Our offices are located within a comfortable building with many different professions. We deeply understand the desire for privacy during this process and we work diligently to ensure those needs are met.

What makes Whole Health different from other places?

We are so glad you asked! Whole Health is built on the premise that you are an amazing individual with the capacity to live the life you desire. From that starting line we engage with your strengths and work on goals you define. Our offices overlook a lush wooded area and it feels like you are sitting in someone’s living room. Our desire is for you to be completely comfortable while you are with us.
